Capacit’e Infraprojects has secured orders worth Rs 549 crore from Macrotech Developers in Mumbai, and from Raymond in Thane, Maharashtra.
The contract from Macrotech Developers (Lodha Group) is for a luxury residential project in Worli locality of Mumbai is valued at Rs 256 crore. Meanwhile, the other order from Realty Division of Raymond is for developing additional building in Thane and scope enhancement for the existing building, for a total contract worth Rs 293 crore.
As much as this reflects Capacit’e endeavour to add quality orders from existing and new clients, and its growing execution capabilities, the company is confident of delivering the real estate project within the stipulated timelines and to client satisfaction.
